Our BÄRENTÖTER is a strong crossover between Gose and Bock.

This harmoniously complex beer is produced using an opulent mixture of six special malts with additions of coriander, orange peel salt, and a touch of cinnamon. A lactic acid fermentation is complemented by saltiness and malt body to create a perfectly balanced beer. On this basis fine fruit and spice aromas can unfold, making this Gose Bock something very special.

This seasonal specialty is brewed only once a year and is available regularly in September.

Ingredients: water, barley malts, wheat malts, yeast, coriander, salt, orange peel, hops, Ceylon cinnamon
