This harmoniously complex beer is produced using an opulent malt mixture with additions of coriander, orange peel salt, and a touch of cinnamon. A lactic acid fermentation is complemented by saltiness and malt body to create a perfectly balanced beer. On this basis fine fruit and spice aromas can unfold, making this Gose Bock something very special - Cheers: "Goseanna!"
